At the end of summer, the coasts and the wonderful small roads are deserted by tourists, the beaches regain their wild character and the traffic becomes almost non-existent, in short, a real paradise for a regularity rally in a vintage car …
Departure from BASTIA on Monday, September 20, 2021, to cross Corsica to PORTICCIO, a bit like the rally headquarters since we will be staying 3 successive nights in the magnificent SOFITEL Porticcio ***** hotel by the sea.
2 loops departing from Porticcio are on the program:
One towards the south and the impressive cliffs of Bonifacio where a mini-boat cruise in the mouths of Bonifacio will be organized for participants in the TOURING category.
Another loop will take you over the highest mountain peaks of the Isle of Beauty to CORTE, passing through vertiginous landscapes where sea, passes and mountains blend together in a spectacular way.
The last two stages will make you discover one of the jewels of the island: the very wild west coast of Corsica with the creeks of PIANA, the port of CALVI and Ile Rousse.
Then return to BASTIA for a final in the footsteps of the Corsican rally.
Like every year, we are preparing a high-quality road-book for you with a metric that will allow you to combine tourist discovery and a sporting route with stages of a maximum of 300 km per day.
